Defense Test Systems, Inc., dba Denver Test Systems, was incorporated May of 1987 in Denver, CO for the purpose of selling Reconditioned Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to the printed circuit board manufacturing industry. In January of 2004 the business relocated to Phoenix and the company headquarters was moved from Colorado to the new location in Arizona.
